Barb Cona is a licensed real estate agent with nine years of experience and a long-standing passion for real estate and local markets. Prior to her career in real estate, she spent 21 years as a summer innkeeper while raising her five children, an experience that shaped her strong foundation in hospitality, attention to detail, and client care.

Barb is a certified home stager specializing in luxury properties across both the rental and sales markets. She has also handled commercial transactions on Long Beach Island and owns an interior decorating company, helping homeowners design and furnish properties to maximize both enjoyment and return on investment.

With over 43 years on Long Beach Island, Barb offers deep local knowledge and specializes in luxury homes, waterfront properties, new construction, and investment opportunities. She primarily works with second-home buyers and is known for her straightforward approach and commitment to putting her clients’ best interests first.

She lives on the island full-time and remains a trusted resource for her clients long after the transaction, whether they need advice, recommendations, or ongoing support.

A founding member of the Beach Haven Chamber of Commerce, Barb remains actively involved in the community and currently serves on the Board of the Garden Club of Long Beach Island. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with family, relaxing on the beach, and visiting her grandchildren.
