About Eileen Bowker

Eileen Bowker brings more than 20 years of experience as a Realtor Salesperson, offering clients a steady hand and deep understanding of both residential and mixed-use/commercial properties. As a longtime business owner of Bowker’s Grateful Deli in Holgate and the Holiday Snack Bar in Beach Haven, she knows firsthand the value of investing in a community and building something that lasts.

Eileen’s professional background is complemented by decades of service and leadership. She has spent 35 years as a certified athletic trainer, working with NBC in Pemberton and USA Wrestling, and currently serves as the Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministry at St. Francis of Assisi. These roles reflect her lifelong commitment to guiding, supporting, and advocating for others.

A devoted wife to Brian Bowker and proud mother of four- Kayle, Emily (Michael) Darling, Brian, and Seon- Eileen also cherishes time with her four grandchildren, Madelynn, Beau, Taylor, and Tripp. She understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a place to call home. As a brain tumor survivor, she brings resilience, perspective, and compassion to every relationship she builds.
