Before real estate, Louis built a successful career in hospitality, owning and operating three full-service restaurants, two delis, and a tiki bar overlooking the sunset. He also catered exclusive events for Viking Yachts. These experiences sharpened his skills in customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building- an edge that continues to benefit his buyers and sellers today. Fluent in Greek, he connects easily with a diverse range of clients and builds lasting relationships rooted in trust.

Louis is also deeply committed to his community. He has served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters and supported the Special Olympics, reflecting his dedication to making a meaningful impact beyond real estate.
