Born in Valence, France and raised in the heart of southern France, Dr. Sarkis Euksuzian has always carried with him a love of culture, community, and the simple beauty of seaside living. At just seventeen, he moved to the United States to pursue higher education and soon embarked on the demanding journey of orthodontics—a field in which he built a successful practice and career.

After decades of guiding patients with precision, care, and integrity, Dr. Euksuzian has retired from orthodontics to embrace a lifelong passion: real estate. Having lived for years on the serene north end of Long Beach Island in North Beach, he knows firsthand the lifestyle that makes this stretch of the island so special.
