Designed with families and friends in mind, this level features two en suite bedrooms (Queen beds), plus two charming bunk rooms (each with Full beds & Twin uppers) thoughtfully equipped with individual charging ports and iPod stands. A full bath and laundry room add to the convenience of this well-appointed space.

For off-season guests in 2025, there is a weekend minimum of $16,000. Please note that the off-season rate is not prorated for shorter stays.
