The highlight of this house is undoubtedly its remarkable outdoor space. On the southern side, you'll discover a capacious deck adorned with cozy seating, accompanied by an outdoor fireplace and a TV. The northern deck boasts an outdoor kitchen, ideal for delightful barbecues and al fresco dining experiences. As for the rooftop deck, it offers a vast area that allows you to marvel at breathtaking views while indulging in the summer ambiance. Whether you're sunbathing, witnessing mesmerizing sunsets, or stargazing, this rooftop sanctuary is the epitome of relaxation.

3 king beds, 1 queen, 4 twins. The Primary bedroom (bedroom 1)has a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet, there's also a seating area for private reading time. Need to do a bit of work during your stay? There's a desk in the primary bedroom.  Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a king-size bed with a shared bath between the two bedrooms. Bedroom 4 has a queen and twin bed. There is access to the hall bath from the bedroom.  Bedroom 5 is on the ground floor and has 3 twin beds.  The ground floor also includes a cabana-style room with pool access, a large TV, and an extra refrigerator.  The laundry room is on the ground floor. The house is equipped with an elevator.
This house rents from Friday to Friday and includes linens during prime week rentals.  

Includes beach chairs, badges, beach umbrella, beach cart, Jenga, cornhole, and Scrabble.

One dog is permitted with owner approval. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 if approved.
