After a day at the beach, enjoy the outdoor shower and BBQ in the private, fenced in backyard. You can also walk to Custard Hut (great food!), Dipper ice cream, Gifted by the Sea and Barrel Surf Café as well as a short bike ride or drive to more restaurants, ACME supermarket, and mini golf. Bayview park is a few blocks away, which has a variety of individual and family-oriented activities, including Stand Up Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, Windsurfing, and Fishing. There is a guarded bay swimming beach & a water-sport beach, playground, volley ball court, gazebos and picnic area. Walk over Friday night to Firepit Fridays on the beach. When you’re not enjoying the cool ocean breezes, this cape cod style home has central a/c.

4 bedrooms - Three with queen beds and one with two twin beds

2 full bathrooms - One with tub/shower (1st floor) and one with walk-in shower (2nd floor)

2 living rooms - one downstairs open to kitchen and one upstairs with deck off back to bay views. Both great spaces to come together or spread out. TVs in both living rooms have smart TV functionality or a fire stick to access all your streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, etc.)
