The house is only 1.5 blocks to the beach and there is a light at Long Beach Blvd. making crossing the boulevard easy. Owner provides a beach wagon and umbrella for your convenience. Kayaks and life jackets are available for a paddle on the bay. The bay beach access is only 1 block over on Jeanette Ave. The house has enough room to park 4-cars.
