The house is reverse living with views of both the ocean and the bay. The Garage has a pool table and converts to a ping pong table. The first floor consists of a side deck with cushioned furniture and center table. The inside has a living room, 3 bedrooms: Bunk bed room, Junior suite with a private bathroom and a queen size bed, a bedroom with a deck and a queen size bed, a full size bathroom with a tub and double sink, and washer & dryer. The second floor has a side deck furnished with VERY comfortable lounge chairs for sunning and cushioned seated furniture. The inside is an open concept room that consists of a living room, a powder room, a dining room that seats 8, kitchen that seats 4. The kitchen is equipped with Thermador appliances and All Cad pots and pans. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in closet and a large bathroom with double sinks and a lot of storage. The roof deck has a dining table with 6 chairs and cushioned lounge area. It also has a separate area for the outside gas grill. All the beds are super comfortable with down and/or foam pillows and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. All bathrooms have vanity mirrors.
