A brand new offering for 2023. Enjoy a one-of-a-kind vacation on the waterfront aboard Lady Grace, a 92-foot Westship motor yacht with 2300 square feet of living space, including 5 staterooms for up to 10 people, plus sundecks with water views in every direction. Lady Grace is truly a home away from home and will be stationary and docked as an AirBnB at Bayview Harbor Marina in Barnegat Light for the spring, summer and autumn seasons. This is waterfront living at its best.

We also plan to make Lady Grace available for charter in the northeast in the autumn, and down the coast to Florida during the winter.

The heart of Lady Grace is the spacious 22x20 foot Salon, which is large enough for everyone on board to enjoy time together. This family room includes multiple seating areas, an entertainment center with Satellite TV and music, a full bar with a sink and fridge, a built-in wrap-around sofa made for comfort, a game table, day-head, and water views from every seat.

For those who like to cook, the spacious dine-in country kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a range, conventional and convection ovens, a microwave, wine fridge, dishwasher and trash compactor. Guests will enjoy water views from the counter or the large, built-in dining booth, with plenty of room for the whole family

For those moments when you want to enjoy some peace & quiet, the Bridge offers a quiet coffee or cocktail nook with water views. It's the perfect little hideaway for you and a friend.

Staterooms include TV's and media equipment, cedar closets, ample storage and private bathrooms with showers. (There are 6 bathrooms on board.)

The Master Stateroom includes a king size bed, a couch, a writing desk, and an oversized bathroom with a jacuzzi tub/shower and 2 separate sinks/toilets.

The other 4 staterooms each have their own ensuite bathroom and plenty of storage. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the Jr Master, a full bed in the Captains Quarters, twin beds in the Jr Stateroom, and a v-berth in the Crew Quarters.

Life on the water calls for time outdoors and Lady Grace offers multiple spaces to enjoy the sun. The Aft Deck is a covered outdoor space with a settee, deck chairs, an electric, adjustable table that can serve as a coffee table or an outdoor dining table, and a bar with a sink.

The Bridge Deck includes a large covered space with a couch and a full bar, as well as an open Sun Deck with lounge chairs, deck chairs, a BBQ and water all around.

For those who want some quiet space outdoors, the Bow Pad is a quiet space for you and a friend, with sweeping views of Barnegat Bay.

Lady Grace is waterfront living at its best, with amazing views of Barnegat Bay, Old Barney Lighthouse, Viking Village and front row seats to every sunset.
