Specializing in Marketing Management since 1985, Bonnie Wells has built a distinguished career that began with a focus on the Eastern Seaboard for a D & B Software Company. She relocated to New Jersey in 1989, bringing her expertise and passion for real estate to new markets. Holding a Broker’s Real Estate License in both New Jersey and Florida, Bonnie has facilitated relocations for clients from all over the world. Her vast knowledge spans Ocean, Bergen, Hudson, Morris, Passaic and Collier Counties, making her an invaluable resource for buyers and sellers alike. Bonnie consistently ranks among the top realtors in Ocean County and holds the top average sold price based on the number of homes sold over the past few years, with an impressive average selling price of $4.47 million this year.
Before joining Coastal Living Real Estate Group, Bonnie owned and operated a successful real estate brokerage in Bergen County for several years and worked with Sotheby’s International Realty. With over thirty years of experience in real estate sales, Bonnie has worked extensively with architects and builders, offering expert consultation and drafting plans to optimize a property’s potential and future value. She collaborates with staging professionals and consultants to elevate the presentation and marketability of sellers’ homes, producing high-quality brochures, compelling videography, and interactive digital magazines designed to make a lasting impression on global markets.
Bonnie’s academic background includes a degree in Mass Communications with a focus on journalism and photography. Combined with her technical skills in web design, digital photography, and videography, she delivers a comprehensive marketing package that effectively reaches both local and global audiences.
A passionate and dedicated community advocate, Bonnie actively contributes to various organizations and initiatives. She is a member of the Architectural Advisory Committee for the Beach Haven Business and Maritime District and has served on numerous boards, including the Arts and Business Coalition, Beach Haven Future, the Economic Development Committee, and the HCA PTF. Bonnie has also taken on leadership roles as a team leader and committee chair for organizations like Touch the World Missions and the Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club (LEHYC), where she served as Entertainment Committee Chair and currently chairs the Photography Committee.
In addition to her board and committee work, Bonnie manages Beach Haven's tourism site and has co-chaired impactful events such as the Beach Haven Fall Festival. She has sponsored several events on Long Beach Island (LBI), further showcasing her commitment to enriching the local community.
Her philanthropic efforts extend globally, having co-chaired and hosted events for causes like Gift of Life International, NYC Relief, Kids Christmas (benefiting children with cancer), and numerous fundraising initiatives supporting Israel and third-world communities in Nicaragua, Uganda, and Haiti, as well as missionaries worldwide.

Bonnie’s memberships include the Upper Ridgewood Tennis Club, Arcola Country Club, Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club, and the USTA Tennis Association. Her diverse interests reflect her dynamic personality: she has been a ski instructor in Vail, Colorado, a tennis coach for ECHS, and a lyrical coach for HCA and EC. In her free time, she enjoys tennis, skiing, golf, and sailing, embodying the active and vibrant lifestyle she brings to her professional endeavors.
