About Jeff Lipman

Jeff has been coming to LBI with his family for over 30 years and has owned a home here since 1999. He and his wife made Holgate their permanent residence in 2019. As a creative couple, they have designed and renovated several homes, which has sparked Jeff’s passion and career in Real Estate. Jeff’s in-depth knowledge of architecture and construction and love for design fuels his passion to help others find the home of their dreams, whether it’s a turn-key property or to help them envision it’s potential. Jeff has owned and operated a digital Marketing and Communication firm for over 15 years. He services clients in the Pharma and Biotech industry. As an avid cyclist and ride leader for his local club, Jeff always strives to push himself further, whether he’s riding a century, on an extended bike-packing excursion or strategizing the best idea for his clients. With his 2 wheels on the ground, Jeff has extensively explored all 18 miles of our island, which affords him the advantage to know all of the best kept secrets and gems. When he’s not on his bike, he is cruising the coastline on his boat gaining a different perspective of the island. Jeff is a member of the Holgate Taxpayers association and now as a full-time resident, plans to further immerse himself in the local community.
